The Xtra-PC Made My Computer 10X Faster Instantly

My laptop is horrendously slow. I write for a living, so you'd think I'd insist on having a top-of-the-line computer that's fast and dependable, right? Not so much. For some reason, I'm still using the same old laptop I've had for years, and it's gotten to the point where I can open my browser, go pour myself a cup of coffee, and come back only to find that it's still struggling to load my homepage. I was complaining about this to a friend the other day when he recommended I give the Xtra-PC a try.

So just what does this odd little gadget actually do?

It's a flash drive that you insert into a USB port on a laptop or desktop computer that bypasses the old, sluggish Windows operating system and runs a new one built on Linux to make it lightning fast. Never used Linux? No problem. It's user-friendly and familiar for those used to Windows. And because it runs on a USB flash drive, your existing computer is untouched, so you can remove it at any time to go back to your old setup. However, I'm guessing you won't be longing for your ridiculously slow computer once you see the difference the Xtra-PC can make. Why drop a grand on a new PC when you can upgrade your old one for under $50?
