Their instructions for use are simple to follow, "Remove the paper from the sticker and attach it to the forehead, armpit, or chest. After about 30 seconds, the indicator will appear."

And above all, the stickers can be used for forty-eight hours, to give a more accurate reading over time. "The sticker is disposable and can be glued to the body for up to 48 hours in a row. If N (NORMAL) appears on the large circle, the body temperature is normal. A numerical result will appear in one of the four small circles indicating body heat (getting 2 results in the small circles means an intermediate temperature between the 2 results)."
