And finally, the one we've all been waiting for...
The green Grinch fudge! This bright green Grinch fudge will well and truly get you in the festive spirit...
And this one-of-a-kind recipe will have your heart growing 3 sizes in no time!It takes just 6 ingredients and a little bit of patience...
And you’ll have some sweet, chewy fudge that is perfect for gifting for the holidays. And what is the recipe, you ask?
Well, luckily enough for you all, we have it right here! You'll need:
- White chocolate chips – I prefer Ghirardelli or Nestle Toll House.
- Condensed milk.
- Unsalted butter, softened.
- Salt.
- Neon green food coloring.
- Big red heart sprinkles.
And when it comes to making the Grinch fudge...
Start by lining a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly spray with baking spray. Then, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the condensed milk, salt, and butter. Now, this will cause the chocolate to start to set. You want to stir fast and can stick it back into the microwave to reheat if needed. This is the fun part!
Add 7-8 drops of neon green food coloring and stir until the texture is smooth. Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and smooth out until it is evenly spread in the pan. Then, add your red heart sprinkles onto the top of the pan.
Spread them evenly apart so when you cut it, there is a single heart on each piece. Stick the fudge in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight to set and once the fudge is set, cut the fudge into even pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container. For more festive ideas...
