33 Things I Bought on Amazon and Would Buy 100 Times Again

For me, Amazon is that go-to site that has whatever I'm currently in need of. It's been a lifesaver (and sanity saver) on many occasions. Especially since Amazon Prime became my best friend back in college--and now, years later, it's still the best subscription I have. Over time, I've found a number of real gems on Amazon; some insanely useful, some super cool, but most of them are both.

And I can't be the only one looking for quality stuff at a good price! So here are the 33 absolute greatest things I ever bought from Amazon. They're all products I'd buy again in a heartbeat, and you may find them just as indispensable!

We hope you find these products as awesome as we do. Just an FYI: We are a participant in the Amazon affiliate program, and may receive a share of sales from links on this page. Prices on Amazon fluctuate so anything mentioned below might change as soon we publish it!

These Bluetooth Headband Headphones Can Be a Total Sleep-saver

via: Amazon

Sometimes we just don't have the luxury of sleeping in a soundless environment. Sometimes we need noise (but only the right kind of noise) to fall asleep. And if we use regular earbuds, we just end up waking with them awkwardly half-choking us two hours later. But these soft, wireless headband headphones are the perfect sleeping accessory--and I can personally attest that I sleep so much better while wearing them!

Floating Shelves Are a Stylish Way to Save Space

via: Amazon

After moving a few times, I realized there were better ways to display decor than cluttering up coffee tables--or worse, just keeping stuff in boxes. You've got nice stuff, you should display it! Pick up some nice-looking floating shelves like these ones, and you've got a place of honor for favorite books, flowers, and prized possessions, all without taking up valuable floor space.

This Bath Tray Will Give You The Extravagant Experience You Deserve

via: Amazon

I'm not saying there's time for a self-indulgent bath every other night, but when you really need one? Make it truly amazing. And a bath tray like this does just the trick; it's got the room for a book or tablet, oils and bath bombs, candles, and whatever else you're craving. You'll never want to leave the bath, TBH.

Jenny Lawson's 'You Are Here' Is a Delightful Mix of Comedy Coloring Book and Carry-Size BFF

via: Amazon

You've probably heard of adult coloring books, right? They're supposed to be relaxing and satisfying to complete. Well, Jenny Lawson's You Are Here is even more so, because it's not just a coloring book: it combines her laugh-out-loud humor with heartfelt affirmations and advice that we all need to hear sometimes. For me, there's really no better pick-me-up on a bad day than open up You Are Here and (literally) take a page out of Lawson's book.

With a Lap Desk, You Can Bring Your Office Anywhere

via: Amazon

Plus, it's a super comfy office. And I love my lap desk because the design has only gotten better over the years. I've got space for my phone, my computer, and a built-in mouse pad. This particular lap desk is also the 'memory foam cushion' variety, rather than the type of lap desk that cushions with microbeads. I'm more of a memory foam fan, personally!

This Privacy Pop Tent Is The Introvert's Lifeline

via: Amazon

Oh, my goodness. I bought myself one of these the minute I knew I'd be getting a roommate for an indefinite amount of time--privacy has always been a precious thing to me. And I thanked myself every day for this purchase! It's a perfect little tent for college kids or anybody with roommates--or, honestly, people who just feel more relaxed in safely enclosed spaces like this. Privacy Pop Tents create a muted, calming environment that's great for sleep.

This Vegetable Spiralizer Gives Your Pasta Dishes a Healthy Twist

via: Amazon

Take it from a former skeptic: zoodles are actually really good. No, they don't taste exactly like pasta, but cook them and whip up a dish using them in place of pasta and you've still got a delicious meal. As a noodle fanatic, I wasn't wild about the idea. But zoodles won me over; they're healthier and super easy to prepare. That's why my veggie spiralizer is a constant in the kitchen!

This Phone Armband Case Will Be Your Best Workout Buddy

via: Amazon

When I started working out, I absolutely couldn't get far without some good beats to keep the momentum going. But holding your phone while exercising isn't really a thing, and goodness knows most athletic wear doesn't have space for pockets. So just strap your music on with this adjustable, heavy-duty armband and go nuts! And don't worry, you can still toy with your phone screen through the case.

With Deals on Elixir Guitar Strings, Hobbies Don't Have to Break the Bank

via: Amazon

By all means, support your friendly local music store. But if all you've got are chains, or you're just short on funds, you can get musical equipment (like these guitar strings) for a really good price on Amazon. They're good quality and you'd be paying more for them if you went to one of the chain music stores.

This Mini Waffle Maker Is a Delicious Addition to Any Kitchen

via: Amazon

A tiny waffle maker (you can pick it up in one hand!) is perfect for whipping up single-serving portions. When you're on the go or cooking for kids, it's a great gadget. You can also just make some really good waffles with it--along with hashbrowns, paninis, eggs, and other dishes that require a little grilling.

This USB-C Hub Has Every Port You'll Ever Need

via: Amazon

If you've got a MacBook Pro, Chromebook, XPS, or another USB-C device, this is the only plugin you need to get. It's got 3 adapter ports for USB 3.0, one for HDMI, and a 1000M Ethernet Port. I used to have a bunch of individual USB adapters hanging off of my MacBook computer. Now I just have this handy hub!

For Beginners or Quick Fixes, This Wacom Draw Tablet is a No-Brainer

via: Amazon

Any burgeoning artists in the family? This is a pretty basic pen tablet, but it's perfect for beginners: long-lasting, reliable, and inexpensive as drawing tablets go. If you're just getting into digital art, you can get the hang of it fast with a Wacom Draw. Also: I'm not a beginner anymore, but I still use mine. When my fancy tablet needed to go in for repairs, I had to keep working in the meantime. One day later, this was waiting with my mail. After it saved a big project deadline, my Wacom Draw has a special place among my art-making gadgets. It's definitely not what experienced artists should be using all the time, but for travel or emergencies? This little tablet is the MVP.

Get The Best Mood Lighting With This Pink Crystal Salt Lamp

via: Amazon

This might be my favorite piece of decor that I have in my room. It's got character, it's pretty to look at, and the light itself sets a great ambiance. This professionally-carved Himalayan salt lamp is also a natural ionizer; it's actually meant to be therapeutic as well as decorative. The lamp's amber glow is supposed to set a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Use Command Hanging Strips Because Nails Are Overrated

via: Amazon

At a certain point, I got tired of poking holes in my wall and then having to fix them later. So I started using these heavy-duty Command strips, which basically act as a super-powerful adhesive. They hold up whole picture frames and more. But you can buy these in a store, so what's different here? Mostly it's pricing and quantity: on Amazon, you can get 24 sets for $20! I've never gone to a store for these since.

A Vintage Chalkboard Make For Fun Home Decorations

via: Amazon

You can take a cute rustic chalkboard and hang it up pretty much anywhere in the home: kids' rooms, bathrooms, kitchen pantries...the list goes on. And this is a pack of 3, so you'll have plenty of uses for custom signs. Write notes, make designs, rinse, and repeat. It's a little creative outlet for home.

This Blade Brush Makes Washing Dishes That Much Easier

via: Amazon

If there's one thing I hate, it's doing the dishes. So anything that makes the chore easier is a miracle worker, in my opinion! Amazon has no shortage of various cleaning gadgets, and one of its many small, inexpensive products is the BladeBrush. It's not hard to use; you just press down and pull silverware through the brush. Best of all, it cuts the time I take to wash my silverware in half!

This Skagen Watch Keeps You On Schedule And Looking Sharp

via: Amazon

One of the best accessories I've found on Amazon is this stylish watch. It's definitely not the cheapest item on this list at $118, but this is one of those 'quality over price' situations. And this dashing watch is definitely worth its price.

Pro Tip: Buy Your Stash Tea In Bulk On Amazon

via: Amazon

It all started when the grocery store stopped stocking my favorite flavor of tea: I turned to Amazon for help. Not only did Amazon have my tea; it did me one better. Usually, you can get a standard box of 18 or 20 tea bags for around $10 in the store. But on Amazon, I scored a box of 100 tea bags for under $20! It's a great deal, and I'm set for months. Also, it's kinda funny to open up a cardboard box that's just packed with loose individual tea packets.

This AmazonBasics Paper Shredder Is a Powerful Money-Saver

via: Amazon

AmazonBasics is a great resource to find, well, basic office supplies. Take this AmazonBasics Shredder for instance. It's a cross-cut paper shredder with 24-sheet capacity; it also destroys credit cards, CDs, and DVDs. No joke: for a shredder of this caliber, this one saved me anywhere from $150 to $300. And it's a total beast at its job!

This OtterBox Phone Case Is Going To Save Your Phone's Life One Day

via: Amazon

There's not much else to say but this: OtterBoxes are sturdy, they snap around your phone, and the next time your phone suffers a catastrophic drop you'll be amazed at the outcome. I'm not the most graceful when it comes to holding my phone, and I've seen my OtterBox weather some truly spectacular spills. Your phone will absolutely thank you!

As Long As We're Pampering Our Phones, Grab These Glass Screen Protectors Too

via: Amazon

Why should five sides of your phone be protected, but the sixth (your screen) go unguarded? After enough trips to the mall repair stand, I was sick of shattering my phone's screen--even when it was covered with those basic plastic covers. These glass screen protectors are the real deal. They last for such a long time and absorb a crazy amount of potential damage. And even if the protector does crack, your phone won't. True story: I've used two screen protectors thus far, and it took a fall on a rollercoaster to make a dent in the first. My phone? Unscathed.

This Water Filtration Bottle Lets You Have Clean Water Wherever You Go

via: Amazon

This is another favorite to bring with me when I leave the house. As you drink, any contaminants are stopped by the filter--when the water reaches you, it's already been cleaned. Whether I'm going shopping, to the gym, or anywhere else, I can fill up this bottle and drink perfectly purified water!

This Sherpa Fleece Blanket Is The Ultimate Level of Cozy

via: Amazon

I don't think it's physically possible to feel discomfort when you're wrapped in this blanket. It's the softest thing in my house, and there is nothing better to curl up in after a long day. Seriously, I can't stress enough how nice and relaxing it is to own at least one ultra-fluffy blanket. Especially for those days when only the fluffiest of comfort will do!

Another Great Bulk Buy: All The Batteries You Could Want

via: Amazon

Do you know how most 24-packs of AA batteries are between $15-$19 in stores? Well, this package of 48 Energizer MAX alkaline batteries goes for $18.99 on Amazon. I'm just saying, that's a pretty awesome deal. So if you can stand to wait a couple of days extra for your batteries, consider crossing them off the grocery list and adding them to your Amazon cart instead!

This Laptop Backpack Is a Dream Come True

via: Amazon

All other laptop carrying cases pale in comparison, especially at this price. It's got a dedicated laptop compartment, an anti-theft combination lock, plus a built-in USB port and headphone jack. You can actually charge your phone inside the backpack and listen to music without keeping the bag open!

All Bookworms Need A Waterproof Kindle Paperwhite

via: Amazon

This is coming from a diehard paperback book-reader. And I've still got plenty of those. But I can't deny that my Kindle is also an invaluable purchase. There's something so great about taking your bookshelf wherever you please--including more watery environments now since the Kindle Paperwhite is also waterproof! Beach days have never been better.

This Anker Wireless Charger Works Crazy Fast

via: Amazon

It's better than a regular old phone charger in many ways, TBH. If my phone is dead, it'll charge completely in just a couple of hours. Not to mention that there are no cords to get all tangled around. And it works with a variety of phones, both Apple and Android, so it's universally useful.

An OXO Container Set Will Make Your Pantry So Very Happy

via: Amazon

And you, because you'll have a perfectly organized pantry with your dry foods kept fresh for longer. It took me a while to find my footing in the realm of pantry organization but getting my hands on a set of these containers went a long way towards success! They're also great for office or arts and crafts storage, too.

Once You Get An Electric Kettle There's No Going Back

via: Amazon

It feels like a decade ago I was sticking individual mugs in the microwave or heating kettles on the stove. Because my electric kettle is so much better than both of those options! I get to brew as much tea or coffee as I'm in the mood for, and there's no screaming teapot on the stove; it's clean and simple.

With This Wine Saver, You'll Have Wine For Days

via: Amazon

Or weeks, really. The one sad thing about cracking open a bottle of wine is knowing that it just won't taste the same the next time you open it. With a Vacu Vin Wine Saver, though, you can get all that extraneous air out and keep your wine fresh for up to a week!

This Car Phone Holder Will Keep Your Drive Stress-Free

via: Amazon

Because honestly, watching your phone slide around otherwise is pretty stressful. Need your maps app open? Navigation is so simple with this phone holder, and I use it in my car all the time.

Stop Wasting Money On Dryer Sheets With These Wool Dryer Balls

via: Amazon

Sounds super weird, I know. But these dryer balls are effective to a degree that I wasn't expecting at all. They're made from New Zealand wool and you can even add essential oil to still have your favorite smells. But they just about half the time it takes to dry a load of laundry and you can use them for hundreds of washed without the balls wearing out. No more dryer sheets for me!

Finally, This Hot Water Bottle Is a Must-Have Home Remedy

via: Amazon

This one is especially comfy because it comes with a knit cover. And it's a balm for sore muscles, stress, cramps, arthritis, lower back pain, menstrual cramps, and any other ache you're suffering from. A nice hot water bottle is always soothing when I use it!
