There's nothing better than a nice, cold beer.

Beer is perfect for any occasion?

Happy? Have a beer. Sad? Treat yourself to a bottle. Bored? Beer!

You just can't go wrong with a nice cold one...

Well, unless it isn't cold, that is.

There's nothing quite as bad as a luke-warm beer.

We've all been there. Your beer hasn't been in the fridge quite long enough to be cold enough, and you're simply too impatient to wait for an extra hour while it chills.

It's a dilemma of the ages.

For years, we've been let down by beers that haven't been chilled for quite long enough... When will there be a solution?!

Well, one company may finally have the answer to all your warm beer problems.

A tech company called Matrix has revealed Juno - A device that can instantly cool down your food and drink.

Yep, your days of miserably warm beers may be over.

It's a (belated) Christmas miracle!

The new device acts as a reverse microwave...

And uses thermoelectric technology to cool down food and drink at an impressively speedy rate, rather than heating them up.

Here she is, ladies and gentlemen.

Juno, the device that is set to change your life... And your beer.

The idea has been a gradual crowdfunding effort...

And was finally unveiled at the CES technology conference in Las Vegas this week.

And she is already delivering results.

On her test run, Juno was able to rapidly chill a full-sized bottle of white wine to 50º F in 3 minutes, and a bottle of beer in less than 1 minute.

And there are a number of temperature settings to choose from.

You can select how cold you'd like the beverage - and it comes with presets for different things, such as red wine, white wine, beer, or coffee.

Juno's creators have big dreams for her.

Akram Boukai, CEO and co-founder, Matrix said, "Juno can do so much more than just chill wine. It can turn your freshly brewed coffee cold, transform your hot tea into iced tea, and cool your favorite beer or soda, right in the can."

He is excited for her future.

"The applications are endless and we're so excited for the future partnerships and use-cases of Matrix thermoelectric cooling technology."

But she isn't cheap.

The Juno First Birds pack, which features one Juno, stands in at $198, whereas the Juno Distributor Pack, which comes with fifty Junos for an eye-watering $9902. Who even needs fifty? But if those prices haven't put you off, you can have a look at getting yourself your own Juno here.
